<p>This is a process where Dan Cassel and the Trinity Mortgage Broker team refinance your existing California Real Estate Loan with a New Home Loan for more than you currently owe on your house. It presumes you have equity built up in your California home. The spread is your “Cash Out”.</p>
<p>This “Cash Out” goes to you and the use of Funds is decided by the Borrower. You can spend it on Home Improvements, Debt restructure, or use the proceeds for Financial Planning, even Retirement. Many of these rates are &#8220;Loss Leaders&#8221; and reflect loans that only 25% of the applicants may qualify for. Or they are FHA or FNMA weekly &#8220;averages&#8221; and they do not take into account the week&#8217;s rates movements if upward. One thing is for certain. Rates have hit the highest levels in years and are going to be rising most likely well into 2023 due to poor handling of inflation in the US. </p>
