• First time home buyer’s are allowed

*No point loans available

• Cash Out Jumbo Loan products are available in California.

*Gift funds allowed *Appraisal Transfers generally allowed

*Solid likelihood of continuing employment

* 6-18 months is typical Liquid Reserves

* Max Loan to value is 80% to 2 MILLION on a Purchase and R/T Refinance

*Self Employed Borrowers on Full Doc Loans are considered on a case by case basis!!**
