Loan Paperwork for Summer 2021. 30 items Borrowers generally have to sign!!
Dan Cassel and the Trinity Mortgage Broker team work with our Borrowers on each Mortgage Loan Application to achieve success.
Upon our Submission of a Borrowers Loan paperwork and all items being acceptable to the Bank, Initial disclosures like these below are sent out to the Borrower from the Bank.
These “Basic” Mortgage Loan Conditions must be accepted and the Forms signed. This then begins the final Loan Approval Submission Process. Once the Borrower executes those disclosures, the file is ready to submit and a Appraisal can be ordered, if it is not already. .
We work to make sure all lending and compliance laws we are responsible for are met in a timely fashion. Our team is glad to learn more and offer you a Free Mortgage Analysis.
