• Available terms: 15 and 30 Year Fixed, 5/1, 7/1 and 10/1 LIBOR ARMs

• Full Doc Loan amounts to 2 million at 80% LTV  on O/O purchase and R/T refinance

• Available on Primary Residence or Second Home (call for LTVs)
• 700-720 minimum credit score
• Self-employed borrowers allowed
• First time home buyer’s allowed
• Gift funds allowed

Current 12 or 24 Mo Bank Statement Loans notes:

We offer 60% LTV Bank Statement Loans. Solid pricing but not FNMA.

700-720 Min Credit score with loans to 60% LTV on O/O purchase and R/T refinance up to 2 Million!
